Through a Last Will and Testament, as the testator, you legally authorize your wishes to be executed  upon your death.

A Living Will legally speaks for you when you cannot speak for yourself because of a health condition that may leave you incapacitated. It is crucial that one prepares in advance because everyday events are so unpredictable.
