Dear Mr. Blair:
I would like to thank you for all the hard work you have done on my Veterans case. I have worked for years trying to get service connection for my Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I have worked on this case a long time and I consider myself to be a very educated man earning two masters degrees however, for some reason I could not win my case. Another Veteran told me to contact you; he said that you won his case and that you were among the best.
I will say that I was amazed of the help your staff was and I can tell that your staff not only works for your firm, but for the Veteran. I was treated with such respect and I was impressed with how closely your paralegal, Ms. Blair worked with me on my case. Ms. Blair is an asset to your firm and always had time to answer any questions I had and was very knowledgeable in Veterans laws.
Thank you so much for getting my service connection and my unemployability all at the same time! I was so impressed with your work and the very large back pay check that covered all the years they should have been paying me.
Well, I will tell you, I was so impressed that I tell every Vet I see to go see Blair Law Offices, they will treat you right and that I have never seen a firm that would work so hard and invest the time in my case the way you and your staff did.
I have asked Ms. Blair to send me some of your business cards so that I can pass them out to all the Vets I see.
Sincerely,
Robert M Brooks

Blair Law Firm:
I'm a Vietnam Veteran, who has suffered from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) for the last 30 years. I have been in a constant struggle with the Department of Veterans' Affairs trying to get help since the year 2000.
I've committed hours and hours of trying to get records and documentation from the military and doctors to support my condition. I've spent thousands of dollars on travel and medical expenses..etc.
Four years ago I received help from a fellow Vet at a Vet Center that helped me receive 30%, but I still was not satisfied. Last year I turned my case over to Blair Law Offices, in Logan, WV.
I was totally shocked and surprised that after giving them my case, a year later I received 100% PTSD and a LARGE CHECK for back pay. I strongly urge any Veteran to consult with Blair Law and get the respect and diligent hard work that it took for him to go up against the VA, and not only win, but they even admitted that they were in the wrong and apologized (as much as they could admit) for their errors that Mr. Blair had pointed out to them and they had to go back years and pay me.
Thanks Mr. Blair and staff for all your help and work.

Dear Mr. Blair,
I would like to thank you for helping me and my brother get our service connection and unemployability with the Department of Veterans' Affairs. I had several that told us that we would never win as this was a very unusual and complex case, I know.
I am enclosing a letter that I wrote to the DAV concerning my case, and again thank you for all the hard work you have done for the both of us. We highly recommend you to all the Vets at the Vet Center.

DAV support to repeal legislation and representation for veterans
I recently read in your DAV Magazine that you will support legislation to repeal provisions allowing attorneys to charge veterans a fee for benefits counseling of any claims services before the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Speaking as a lifetime member of the DAV, I for one would like to voice my support FOR veterans to continue to have this venue of help in obtaining their disability benefits. You can rest assured that I will voice my feelings on this matter to my congressman and senators.
I chose the DAV to represent me in my effort to obtain disability benefits from late 2004 until late 2007. During this period of time, I was never even able to discuss my case with my DAV representative in Huntington, WV, although I made several attempts to contact him. His secretary assured me that he would return my calls but he never did. As far as I know the representative never filed nor helped to file any kind of paper work. He never researched my case nor offered to help with research of my case. In other words, I feel that the three years that the DAV represented me, that I had no representation. I realize that the DAV representatives have a huge workload but I expected some help but received none.
After wasting three years of my time with the DAV as my representative, I dismissed the DAV as my representative and turned my case over to an attorney in Southern West Virginia (Blair Law Offices). He and his staff have been most helpful and understanding. They have worked and researched and obtained records and evidence in support of my stressors. They obtained records and evidence from sources that I didn't even know existed. They requested and were granted a hearing before a DRO. I was finally able to state my case to someone and I must say that I was very, very pleased with the way that my case was prepared and presented to the DRO. My attorney (my representative, Mr. Partlow) was right there with me at the audio video hearing. So what if he charges a fee for representing me? At least something beneficial was done for this veteran.
Let me close by saying that I hope you reconsider your stance against this legislation. Veterans such as me and others need options and freedom of choice in obtaining representation to get our Veterans benefits.
Respectfully,
Tommy Ellison
