Kathy Blair - Director of the Veterans' Disability Benefits Department
Kathy brings a wealth of experience to her position as the Director of the Veterans Disability Department. She works side by side with attorneys to assist Veterans in seeking disability benefits through the Veterans' Judicial system. Kathy's responsibilities include new client intake, mental & medical records review, military research, case work-up, sorting and organizing records, pre-hearings, and countless additional duties within the department. She specializes in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) cases, all mental disorders and medical. Her positive attitude makes all the difference in the VA Department. Kathy attended Van High School and Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College.
