You fought for our country, now it's time to let our experienced attorneys fight for you!
The VA system can be complex and challenging for any Veteran.
Often times, those individuals who proudly served our country are not afforded their rights as Veterans simply because they are initially denied their claim and then proceed to abandon further action. However, attorneys will fight for your rights, seeking disability payment as compensation for injuries and illness sustained or caused by incidents experienced by that Veteran while in service. After serving our country, disabled veterans shouldn't have to suffer alone.
Most Veterans have found that the VA system is a slow and long process except for the regional level, which takes about 6 to 8 months. Due to more regulation changes and an overwhelming amount of new and reopened claims, the VA is understaffed and struggling to get decisions out in a timely manner, this can be frustrating to any Veteran, especially if you are once again denied. For this reason, it is always wise to allow an experienced and accredited attorney handle your claims. Here at Blair Law Offices, our legal team will thoroughly review your case and work hard to get you the service connection or disability increase you deserve. If you are unemployed due to your military disabilities, we will fight to get your unemployability with the VA.
We know that providing for your family is your first priority. Let our team of legal professionals take the burden of dealing with big government and lawyers off of your shoulders so that you can have peace of mind.
