Costs Involved with SSDI, SSI

Our firm will never charge you an up-front attorneys fee; while assisting you with your disability claims and appeals.
Attorneys' fees are collected only if we are successful in getting your disability claim approved, our fee this is set by law at 25 percent of the past-due benefits, or $6,000, whichever amount is less. We do not collect attorneys' fees if your disability benefits case is unsuccessful.

If we believe any addition cost will be necessary concerning exams, hospitals, medical reports requested that doctors charge a fee for, or psychologists; we will inform you in advance and even help you make arrangement to pay the fee and many times it can be paid when you get your first lump sum check.
We will go right to work on your behalf and and inform all concerned parties that you are being represented by our firm. We stand by your side from start to finish.
