Victoria I. “Vicky” Bevins – Director of Social Security Claims
Vicky has over 34 years of experience specializing in Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income law, human resources, and other clerical work.
Vicky resides with her husband, Kenny, in Robinette, West Virginia. Vicky is a member of the Accoville United Methodist Church, President of the Accoville United Methodist Women, and Administrative Chairperson of the Accoville United Methodist Council. Vicky is also a Sunday School teacher, pianist, wife, mother and grandmother.

Mariann
O'Daniel Gilman was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas. Mariann has lived in Logan County since
1975. She has 25 plus years of
experience as a Legal Assistant and brings an abundance of experience working

Kathy Blair - Director of Veterans' Disability Claims
Kathy brings a wealth of experience to her position as the Director of the Veterans Disability Department. She works side by side with attorneys to assist Veterans in seeking disability benefits through the Veterans' Judicial system.
Kathy's responsibilities include new client intake, mental and medical records review, military research, case work-up, sorting and organizing records, scheduling, pre-hearings, and countless additional duties within the department.
She specializes in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) cases, all mental disorders and medical. Her positive attitude makes all the difference in the VA Department. Kathy attended Van High School and Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College.

Patty has over 22 years experience as a paralegal in Workers' Compensation. She resides in Man, WV, with her husband Bill. She has one daughter and two grandchildren whom she enjoys spending her free time with. She also enjoys collecting antiques.
