John C. Blair, Esquire
Originally from Van, West Virginia, home of the "Bulldogs". John is the son of a coal miner and now resides in Monaville, West Virginia, just south of Logan West Virginia, with his wife, Pam, and son, Brandon and his two bulldogs.
John graduated from Marshall University with an AAS and BA in Legal Studies where he was a member of the Gamma Beta Phi Honor and Service Organization and Phi Theta Kappa, International Honor Society.
John graduated from The Capital University Law School where he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. John worked for the Franklin County Ohio Juvenile Courts, was an assistant to the Hilliard City Law Department and was an Investigator for the Ohio Civil Rights Commission. John was also a member of the Permanent Total Disability Unit of the former West Virginia Workers' Compensation Division working on West Virginia Workers' Compensation claims and has many years experience with Workers' Compensation, Social Security and SSI and Personal Injury cases.
John is a member of the West Virginia State Bar Association, Logan County Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals and the United States District Court-Southern District of WV. Accredited Attorney with the Department of Veterans Administration. He is also a current member of the National Organization of Veterans' Advocates (NOVA).

Kendal E. Partlow, Esquire
Kendal has been a life long resident of West Virginia, having been born and reared in Wayne, West Virginia. He is the son of union president and graduated from Wayne High School in 1988, where he was also the Captain of his Soccer team. Kendal and his wife, Marnie, and their two children Kendra and Kaiden currently reside in Logan.
Kendal graduated from Marshall University where he earned his Associates and Bachelors Degrees and then earned his Law Degree from the West Virginia University College of Law. Kendal has a combined 17 years of experience in the areas of Personal Injury, Social Security, and Workers’ Compensation. He has worked in these areas not only as an attorney but also as a paralegal and law clerk.
Additionally, while the majority of his work was in representing injured people, he has also worked briefly for a defense firm and six years at the Workers’ Compensation Office of Judges where he was a Hearings Examiner. Kendal has a unique perspective in understanding the disability claims process and personal injury law. He is also a member of the West Virginia State Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals and the United States District Court-Southern District of WV. Accredited Attorney with the Department of Veterans Administration. He is also a current member of the National Organization of Veterans' Advocates (NOVA) and NOSSCR.

Erin Bias - Esquire
Erin is a Mountaineer at heart. She graduated from West Virginia University in 2003 with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and a minor in English, and she graduated from the West Virginia University College of Law.
She now focuses her practice by helping claimants through the process of workers’ compensation claims. Erin also handles certain family law matters, including divorce, child custody and child support.
Erin is a member of the West Virginia State Bar Association, Logan County Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia and the United States District Court-Southern District of West Virginia. She is also a member of Claypool United Methodist Church and resides in Man, West Virginia with her husband Roger.
